voices of us healthcare banner

"Voices of U.S. Healthcare" is a project to capture the stories of thousands of American residents who have been impacted by our broken healthcare system - people whose everyday reality has been ignored and silenced for too many years. Healthcare "horror stories" pop up on the news as interest pieces, but inaccessible care, skipped medications, medical debt, and worse have become everyday experiences of the American landscape.

To submit your healthcare story in writing or as a short video-recording from your phone, fill out our healthcare story form here. We welcome your story whether you experienced it as a patient, a provider, a family-member of a loved one, a business-owner, or even as a healthcare insider.
