In this economic crisis, the cost savings Medicare for All could bring to our ailing state and local governments are desperately needed. The reform pending in Congress brings no relief to state and local governments, and may make things worse. Single-payer is the only viable solution to our nation’s health care crisis, and the Win-Win campaign is a way to open doors, and get the attention of new audiences and potential advocates.
