		<description>Please organize something like this in Portland, OR.  Recently, all of the 7 major health insurers in OR have raised their rates significantly.  Premiums have increased 140% in the last four years.  Executive pay and bonuses have gone up, while the number of insured and quality of care have gone down.  Kaiser and Regence BlueCross BlueShield have been the worst.  We have 614,000 people without insurance, and I am one of them.</description>
