		<description>As far as can be found, this story has not been reported by ANY Philadelphia media outlets, even by so-called &quot;public&quot; broadcasting. Why not?...well, maybe because those media are so tight with a) private insurers, and b) pharmaceutical industries, both which fear public empowerment in health care areas, and who fear loss of profits.

 If one gets the chance, challenge the media on this.</description>
