You know I'm just curious. There is no mention of how this bill discriminates against health services for women. First by charging us more for coverage than men pay and then charging us extra on top of that for reproductive health services. This along with the fact that women make less than men do. You are bothered by the immigration restrictions and age restrictions but, not this?

The other day I posted a comment about the crack in the ice regarding the current Medicare buy in and the need for activists to be realistic about progress and consider pushing back hard so the Congress would find the political fortitude to expand that pool to even younger Americans. The fact that my comment has not seen the light of day on this post is disappointing to say the least. I write this as I prepare to get arrested today in Hartford and I am still working down my community service hours I received from my last civil arrest last month in front of Senator Lieberman's office. I'm not looking for a medal, a pat on the back or anything god damn thing else. I am looking for health care reform pure and simple. Health Care for America's stonewalling of my comments feels the same as being told I could not receive an appointment with Senator Lieberman. You guys should know better.
