How do I influence a change? I've contacted my congressman and senators, and state's health insurance commissioner. No confidence there, especially since how DC works is with where the money is. I don't have the money to payoff politicians to get their attention like the insurance companies and their lobbyists can do. I did exercise my right to vote for politicians I thought would represent me. It's not happening though. So, what else can a person do? Are we destined to have an industry where the "customers" come last? We must not continue with what has not worked.
